Great customer service. They are family owned, so they care more about the job rather than a big chain company who doesn't care about a few complaining customers. Have had my BMW 750I, Mercedes GLS450, Mercedes ML350, Chevy Cruise, GMC Denali all serviced there many times and have never had a problem. Always very polite and very great prices. Bays where car's are worked on are wide open, so you can watch them as they work. Very friendly and helpful would recommend to anyone in Durham.

The shop is a little out of the way for me, but they are up front and open about getting the job done (right). They are not the fastest or cheapest shop around, BUT again They Get The Job Done Right. They make sure you really do leave all set and ready to go. You will have No Questions about why is your car or truck doing this now or any doubt that they know what they are doing. Make sure you understand what your estimate is for... Plan on leaving it there a while. It's not an in and out kind of place, But the Job is Done Right.... No Guess work on your dime... Take the time, give them a chance and go from there. It's hard to find a solid, honest shop these days, and I feel that High Tech Auto Fits The Bill.

I came to High Tech because I hit a curb (pretty hard) and broke an axle as well as the control arm on my BMW. High Tech was quick and helpful. They sought out the best price in parts and even waited for a part to come in that I ordered off Ebay. They finished the repair in no time and even helped me out on the overall price. I highly recommend them and I will be sure to use them in the future!

High Tech handled all my warranty work. My car's turbo went bad, and the only mechanic I trusted to work on it was Ed and his team at High Tech Auto. Ed handled all the warranty paperwork and even worked with the warranty provider, all I had to do was pay my deductible. High Tech replaced the turbo with quality parts and had my car running as good as new! I very much recommend this business; they are courteous and fair...Ed is a mechanic you can trust to tell it to you straight and fix it right, and that is hard to find.
